1. Consultation: We begin with a free consultation to assess your estate sale needs. (Don't throw anything away, one persons junk is another ones jewel) 
2. Organization & Pricing: Our team carefully organizes, researches, and prices items to ensure fair market value.  We secure and insure valuable items. We have relationships with appraisers for unique items such as fine jewelry, cars, and boats.  Don’t leave money on the table.  Let us price and sell your items to get the maximum return and take the stress off of you and your loved ones.
3. Marketing & Sale Execution: We Advertise on the leading Nationally recognized estate sale websites, Social media sites, our site, craigslist, our extensive email network, and word of mouth. sales.  We offer alternative selling options on a limited number of high value items.
4. Final Cleanup & Settlement: What happens to leftover items after the sale?  We can arrange a buyout or donation.  You will be paid within 7 days of the completion of the sale. Our commission is competitively priced based on your needs.
