Are you insured?
We maintain two million dollars of liability and two million dollars of aggregate insurance.

What happens to my leftover property after the sale?
The property is yours. It's up to you if you would like us to donate it or to leave it.  Simply put if we don't sell it we don't profit.  Our goal is to sell everything.

Do you do hold sales when a client still resides in the home?
The home must be unoccupied to hold the sale.

What happens to personal items during the setup?
Personal items like photos and personal documents will be returned to the client.

How will you advertise the sale?
We advertise your sale on multiple marketing platforms including estate sale websites, social media, craigslist, and our established customer list.

Do you research sale prices for my items before pricing?
Of course we do!  Not everyone is an expert on every type of item.  Our research is extensive so that we can price items at fair market values.  Research is included with any sale and is part of our service to you. 

What does an estate sale cost me as the client?
Our fees are based on the amount of work needed to complete a successful sale.  They vary between 35-60% and flat fees for small estates are available as well.

Do you sell vehicles and firearms?
Yes, we sell vehicles all the time!  Cars, boats, motorcycles, golf carts and RV's!  Firearms sales have some restrictions and can be provided to the client upon request.  There are several items, by State and Federal laws we cannot sell, and a list of these items will be discussed with the client.

How do we reserve our sale date?
Sale dates are reserved once the contract is signed by all parties involved.

Do you provide reciepts for donated items?

We provide 501-c3 receipts for items donated to charity for tax purposes.

What forms of payment will be accepted at the sale?

We will accept Cash, Credit and Debit cards, Venmo, Google and Apple Pay.

Do you help sell the home?

We work with Realtors and will give you referrals depending on your needs.

One final note: When you decide to hire an estate sale company, DO NOT throw anything away! We sell everything from toiletries to trucks.
